How Do I Get My Rental Equipment?

IL Wireless offers a number of options for you to receive and return your rental equipment.

Receiving your rental equipment

Self pickup from our Jerusalem office (free of charge)

UPS Delivery Service

The equipment can delivered, prior to your arrival to almost any location in Israel. This includes Hotels and apartments* (if there is someone who can receive the package for you).
Hotels – The hotel will hold the package for you either at security or at the front desk / concierge.
Apartments – If no one can accept the package before your arrival, we will deliver it to you, just after your arrival (as close as possible)

Returning your rental equipment

Self drop-off to our Jerusalem office (free of charge)

UPS Delivery Service

The equipment can be picked up on the day you depart or the day after (if there is someone who can hold onto the equipment for you).
Most hotels are willing to hold onto it at their front desk for UPS to pick it, though we advise you speak with the hotel prior to your arrival. (Charge $12)
We will supply a "read to ship" UPS shipping bag – that can be sealed with the rental items inside and left at the front desk on your departure.

This ensures a headache free return on your part, while allowing to you enjoy use of the equipment until your departure to the airport.

* Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv offers complimentary wifi – internet access, so don't worry about staying connected!
